FIERA COMPLEX - UNIT 1. Fiera 1 is in a complex of 4 one bedroom apartments sleeping 4 people each. Located halfway between the city and Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International airport, Fiera 1 is an inexpensive fully equipped apartment with private FREE parking space, A/C, Free WiFi and perfectly connected to the city, to the beaches and to Fiera di Roma event and conference center.
Our Residence from June 2022 is also equipped with a column for charging electric vehicles.
Fiera 1 is a charming 45-square (485 SqFt) meters apartment, sleeps 4, first floor. It has a living room with a lovely kitchenette, 1 queen size sofa bed cm. 120 X 200 (47in X 79in) and a fireplace. The bedroom furnishing includes two large single beds cm. 90 X 200 (36X79 Inches) (that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed) and a wardrobe.
The apartment is furnished in the practical but elegant Ikea style and with every comfort you wish: large balcony, private FREE parking space, air conditioning, free fast WiFi (optic fiber), washing machine, TV, telephone.
In the apartments are pillows, blankets, bed sheets (for twin beds), towels, tea towel and bath mat.
This apartment will be disinfected before your arrival by medical devices certified by the Ministry of Health which saturate the environment with a mixture based on hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide), radically reducing the pathogens present in the air, on the surfaces and
in air conditioning systems.
Certification according to legal provisions is present in the apartment and can be sent on request.

These inexpensive apartments are in a perfect spot either you are a tourist visiting the Eternal City, you are attending to a Conference or you want to spend a few days on the seaside, either you are using the public transports or you have your own car (thanks to the FREE private parking space). Located right opposite Ponte Galeria Station, on the line between Rome and Fiumicino airport, 14 minutes from the historical centre (Trastevere station), 2 minutes from Fiera di Roma Exhibition Centre and 20 minutes from Rome's beaches.
To get to Fiera di Roma Exhibition Centre you can either walk (800 metres or 1/2 mile, but 200 metres are dangerous to walk, because without side walk, take a train from ponte Galeria station to Fiera station (1,50 Euros, 2 minutes) or take bus 808 (1,50 Euros, 5 minutes). Either station and bus stop are just in front of the apartment.
