The Aria room is a luxurious triple room with a suspended bed (160 x 200 cm) with steel rods, a very comfortable mattress and memory topper and a single sofa bed. The room has an en suite bathroom and emotional shower with a glass window overlooking the room and a mini-bar.
The price includes breakfast at the bar in the morning, cleaning and linen change every 3 days, a luxury courtesy line (shampoo, soaps, towels, etc.), free and superfast WiFi, air conditioning and Smart TV with Netflix channels, advanced home automation with voice command Alexa.
This 15 square meters room is part of a newly renovated 60 square meters apartment. In the common area you will find sofas, Smart TV, 24-hour hot drinks dispenser and a small kitchenette. This area is shared between the two rooms in the structure.
The structure will be disinfected before your arrival by medical devices certified by the Ministry of Health which saturate the environment with a mixture based on hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide), radically breaking down pathogens present in the air, on surfaces and in air conditioning systems. The certification according to legal provisions is present in the structure and can be sent on request.

With a few steps from the Guesthouse you can cross the river on the oldest bridge still existing (62 BC) and find yourself in the Jewish ghetto and Largo Argentina, in the heart of the historic center of the city. The Residence Trastevere is therefore in a very favorable position to visit the Eternal City on foot. The historic center of Rome is in fact quite small: everything is enclosed in a circle of 3 kilometers in diameter which includes (from the north in a clockwise direction): Termini Station, Colosseum, Trastevere and Vatican. From Residence Trastevere you can therefore walk to all the main sites (Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo de 'Fiori, etc.).
Trastevere is one of the most beautiful and typical neighborhoods of the historic center, especially for your evenings, thanks to the many restaurants and cafes scattered around the characteristic cobblestone streets. The name of the neighborhood comes from the Latin: "trans Tiberis", beyond the Tiber, as the neighborhood stands on a bend across the river from the Roman Forum, near the Tiber Island, used to shorten the length of the bridge needed to cross the river. And one of the original bridges (Ponte Fabricio, built in 62 BC) is still there and it is one of the oldest bridges in the world that can still be traveled!
